It has been an extremely busy start to the year at C Club in the Carlton Shearwater Hotel. All our members have been focused and enthusiastic after a slightly overindulgent Christmas! January is always a great time to make those fresh starts when everyone is feeling positive and optimistic for the year to come. Hopefully everyone will keep up the effort and hard work for the rest of the year!
Every January we like to change up our class timetable and add in some new classes that were not there the previous year. This year we added Abs Blast & BLT (Bums Legs & Tums), which is proving to be very popular. The sweaty, red faces that leave the studio every evening tell us that these classes were a great addition! Also this January we are delighted to introduce a new offering for our younger members, Junior Gym. This is a weekly training session for girls & boys aged 12 to 15 years. The session will give the young teens a taster of training in a gym and classes such as kick boxing & circuits but also highlighting the fun factor of exercising. Junior Gym will start on the 8th of February and will be a great way to help teenagers get fit and healthy!
