Where, she has worked as Human Resource Manager in Hotels, putting in place all aspects of Human Resources including payroll structures, HR policies and procedures as the opening HR Manager for new Hotels including the Crowne Plaza and Clarion Hotels. With 3 years as Regional HR Manager for Clarion Hotels, Dublin before becoming self-employed and consulting in the hospitality sector, advising business’s on all aspects of Human Resources. |

With management experience in Front office, Rooms Revenue, Sales & Marketing before embarking on online marketing. Deirdre has the the responsibility of managing all online marketing for Carlton Group, including PPC Management, ezine management and the measurement of all online marketing campaigns. In recent times the development and implementation of Carlton’s social media campaign and SEO strategy is a huge benefit both in PR and Revenue terms to hotels.
