The summer season has finally begun.  While lots of our guests have booked our stay, park & fly packages for their holiday aboard, there is still lots of things to do this bank holiday weekend in Dublin.

BLOOM IN THE PARK

Now in its 11th year, the festival has taken a life of its own and you may have seen this week we ran a social media compeition  that proved how popular the demand for tickets was! Offering gardening, food and family enetrianment in the beautfiul surrounds of the Phoenix Park – and the best part, kids go free!

For all of our music lovers out there, the Forbidden Fruit festival sponsored by Bulmer’s takes place this Saturday, Sunday & Monday featuring global acts Bon Iver and Jax Jones along with lots of others, this music festival is a great welcome return and is the first 2017 open-air city-based festival.

 

DUBLIN PORT RIVERFEST

3rd - 5th June
Venue:  North Wall Quay

Who doesn’t love a free city centre event for the whole family? One of the newest 2017 events, the Dublin Port Festival launches this weekend at North Wall Quay. The festival offers a wide variety of thrilling performances, exciting activities and a full open-air food and craft market.

 

4TH BLOOMFRINGE FESTIVAL
3rd - 4th June
Venue: Dublin Castlr & Wolfe Tone SQ

An edgy urban festival set in the city centre, BloomFringe returns for its 4th year this weekend. Popping up luscious gardens and dramatically transforming unloved spaces into urban oases. With a slogan of “We Make the Gritty City Pretty” it takes place over two days in Dublin Castle & Wofle Tone SQ.

For those who are looking for something laid back and relaxing, the House of Peroni makes it’s return for its second year on the rooftop of 1 Dame Lane in the heart of the city. Bringing to life the flavors of Italy and offering visitors a fresh and innovative take on contemporary Italian food, a taste of Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s unique infusions, and one of the best views in the city. It is Open to the public each night, and even better no booking required.
