All About Rugby!

Posted: 2012-03-09 17:00:00

The talk in the sporting world this week has been all about Ireland's game against France last weekend. Following their victory over Italy, Ireland went into the game confident and fought well for the whole match. France put up a hard fight and it was definitely a game not to be missed. Despite a well played match by both sides neither were victorious and the game ended as a draw. It was a brilliant outcome for Ireland though as their performance in the Six Nations is definitely improving.

This week Ireland face another tough challenge as they take on Scotland in the Aviva on Saturday. The loss of key personnel on the Irish team plus the fact the Scotland are predicted to hit their best form will no doubt put pressure on Declan Kidney. It'll be a tough fight but if Ireland play to the level they have done before there's every chance they can beat Scotland. I know I'll be cheering them on either way!

In Carlton news this week we've been busy preparing for St. Patrick's Weekend with some of the hotels offering brilliant packages for those looking for something different to do this year! Enjoy whatever you're up to this weekend, and don't forget to cheer on the boys tomorrow!
