It's all happening in the Aviva & Croke Park- By Eimear Connolly

Posted: 2014-02-14 14:00:00 Well, January is finally over but unfortunately we are still not seeing Spring in the air, some people are having a horrific time with the floods, so many homes and businesses being destroyed. I hope everyone is staying safe and that you get your properties sorted in the coming weeks and that we see an end to this awful weather real soon!On a brighter note, what a kick start to February, isn’t Irish Rugby outstanding at the moment. A win against Scotland and an almighty performance by the Boys in Green on Saturday against Wales….could any of us have predicted us to win by such a margin. Is this the year for Ireland……I sure do hope so!  Home games are fantastic fun, it is great to see the crowds of people lining the streets outside bars and restaura ...

This year we added Abs Blast & BLT (Bums Legs & Tums), which is proving to be very popular. The sweaty, red faces that leave the studio every evening tell us that these classes were a great addition! Also this January we are delighted to introduce a new offering f ...
