This week has been all about catch up after the utmost enjoyable but hectic 2 weeks of the ROT. I’ve been Dublin based for most of the week but I was down in Tralee again midweek to see how construction progress is coming along with our new C-Spa in the property. Thankfully it’s coming along very nicely and you’ll all be able to add Tralee to the list of Carlton Spa Destinations in the not too distant future.

I’m very fortunate to be heading to Croke Park again this weekend after sourcing some last minute tickets for a game which promises to be a cracker between Tipp and the Cats, I’ll be there primarily for the Minor match in which hopefully my home county Galway can overcome Dublin in a reverse of the result of last week’s Minor football Semi Final.
