The New Carlton Apprentice

The Carlton Apprentice Challenge for 2010 has been a huge success and both myself and the board of directors are so proud of the ambitious young people working in our company, they represent the future and the energy for the Carlton Hotel Group. I would like to encourage all of the participants across all the Carlton Hotels be proud of their achievements throughout this competition.
The Apprentice final was held last weekend between Carlton Millrace representative Lisa Kehoe in the Whitewater Shopping Centre Newbridge and Brendan Havlin of the Carlton Redcastle in The Pavilion Shopping Centre Swords. Both candidates performed extremely well throughout the competition but it all came down to voucher sales over the weekend and as always there can only be one winner. I would like to extend my congratulations to Brendan Havlin who is the official winner of the Carlton Apprentice 2010 and also congratulations to Lisa who may not have won overall but was a great candidate throughout.
I wish to thank all participants and supporters for making the Carlton Apprentice competition a wonderful success. Although 2010 has been a challenging year for some, I am delighted to be ending our year on such a positive note. It was great to see the team work throughout the Apprentice competition and to see the staff and managers of the hotels working together for their candidates.
