What a Fantastic Night!
Posted: 2011-08-24 16:00:00 2011 International Rose of Tralee was crowned last night, bringing another fantastic week of events to a close. I had to prepare myself for the difficult decision that was ahead of me! I spent the afternoon reviewing the many notes I took from the rose interviews.
It was a great show with the remaining 14 Roses coming across very well and of course Dáithí once again almost stole the show! I really enjoyed Imelda May’s performance and it’s great to see a music act this year again.
Making our decision was a difficult task as always considering the standard of Roses but a decision had to be made. I hope everyone thinks we’ve made a great choice and I look forward to working with Tara in the coming year.
