Cannonball Run

Posted: 2010-09-10 12:00:00 I did mention on Monday that I had a very busy week ahead of me with a new project and I can now give details on what it is that has me so busy. The Carlton Hotel Group is responsible for the first task on this year’s Apprentice on TV3. We’ve been busy all week getting everything ready for the show which will be aired on Monday 20th of September so be sure to tune in to see me in action! We will also be running an exclusive sale on the day of the show which I will give you full details on next week.

Last year I took part in the first year of the Canonball Run in aid of Barretstown and it was such a success that I signed up for it again this year. The event kicked off this morning with a very early 7am start at Merrion Square where there were a host of celebrities characters dressed in unusual costumes. We were escorted out of there at 9.30am where we then headed up the N4 through Sligo towards Donegal where we are due to meet for lunch at 1.30pm.

Hopefully it will be as successful as last year with plenty of money raised for Barretstown. I’ll be sure to fill you in on all the details of the journey on Monday.
